    Good to see you are ok.

    Lets see how well your insurance company look after you, perhaps we should start recording their post claim customer care and post the companies we reccomend?

    Good look to that regard.

    PS Sounds like a good breakdown cover you have, who is it with?

    Breakdown cover was from Breakdown Cover - European Breakdown Cover - Motorcycle Breakdown Cover

    Can't fault them but I wasn't very demanding either.

    The police arranged removal of the bike from the autobahn and I got a lift back to my mates guest house where we were staying on the back of another bike.

    After calling them that evening they arranged a flight home the following day (to and from airports of my choice) and emailed me the boarding pass. I got a taxi from the airport home for which they sent me a claim form to get my money back.

    I don't know how good they would have been if they had had to arrange roadside recovery or a hire car but I'll definitely use them again.

    Wow! thats one messed up blade. gutted for you but at least you get off unharmed
