You can buy universal sheets of PPF film. We got some for my boss's car boot thing as the dogs were tearing it to bits.

That was my thinking initially so I bought some Eazi grips, 2018 specific ones but also a couple of universal sheets so I could cover the knee areas. Heres what it looks like and a close up.

Problem was..... They started to lift slightly at the edges and attract dirt so I had to remove them..... That was a drama in itself as I was worried about ripping the paintwork off. Plenty heat did the trick but it was dodgy :rolleyes:o_O
Screenshot_20200524_175426.jpg here's what it looks like with standard knee covers on. Not as nice but at least they're not getting trashed and the black ones actually grip.... A little bit ;)

I might ask Eazi-Grip if they can provide just some of their guard film for that panel. My bike has their Eazy-Guard set on it, and my bike actually seems to appear on their website! That film is not for grip, but just to provide protection, and it doesn't look too bad. I suppose it might be quite slippery though.

Rev Fred give these guys a ring, they do a full kit which I've fitted myself, but they also will do bespoke cuts for what you need, I don't know where your based but there in Warrrington. They normally get a full kit to you within two days, Im guessing bespoke pattern maybe a tad longer.

Would love your feedback on the Akra. Thinking about one myself (just the slip on).

Done much riding on it yet? any fuelling/exhaust issues? Does it have the the Rapid Bike Evo Fuelling Module fitted? Sorry for the questions but its a big investment if I do it.
