Yep is the norm out for the loop in the morning (early doors) fill up go round as god intended and fuel light will be on when get back route does include a off the clocks moment
Just done a 2400 mile trip through the Alps and down to Spain and back through the Pyrenees in the car at around 23mpg, just under 500 litres went in, so no matter what the Blade does it cheap in comparison
108.4 miles average until the light comes on in the last 1080 miles and 10 fill ups on my 09. The economy on the 12-15 bikes seems amazing.
Hi I've a 2010 blade average mpg is between 50 and 54 done Scotland last year bike ran great also averaged 55 going to assen this year can't complain
Funny you should say that, I was pushing mine when it read 2.7, as there was no fuel left in it to propel itself.
Interesting. Should maybe keep it under 2.5 then. Made a difference knowing the old man was less than 10 miles away and could rescue me if necessary!!
Think I've had almost 180 from a tank - 55mpg in the Alps over the passes and being given the beans at times. No PC5 helps - bet those with a 'Map' will use a fair whack more juice (I know mind did till I removed it)
Last 10,000 miles ... Average 44mpg ... 135 miles till light, further 25 miles on reserve... It is custom mapped though
www.fuelly.com/motorcycle/honda/cbr1000rr_abs/2015/umut1981/391719 2015 abs model still breaking in less than 600 miles so mix driving under 6000 rpm most of the time averages better than my 2013 honda deavuille amazing can this be maped for more mpg anybody done it
Have got 150 miles before the light comes on with my 2012/2014 blades all depends on that right wrist
My 09 just got 122.5 miles from full to the light. Average 37.9mpg on one tank that's with the Bazzaz and YOSHI removed back to standard.
Can't believe the photos taken on petrol station forecourts I'd be having kittens if I worked there! lol
Just for reference, Ive had 3.1 on the reserve whilst trying to het to a fuel stop...every second was torture as I don't walk/Push too well either. lol I don't recommend it!
