When buting my 3d tv at the time I looked at sony, LG, panasonic and samsung.

I ended up with the panasonic as all the others just didnt look right. Mine came in a package with a 3d blu ray player and 2 pairs of 3d glasses which were £130 a pop at the time. paid £1100 for my 3d setup last year.

Watched it last night on Virgin Media On Demand. Really enjoyed it, although it's more like a documentary on Guy Martin (how funny is he)! Thought the last 15 minutes were awesome. Might watch it again tonight

I've developed this 'thing' about meeting your heroes. If they turn out to be nice geezers, all well and good. If they don't, it's a real blow. I was concerned by his borderline tantrums throughout the film and him constantly reiterating how fame isn't important to him but then watching him turn up to everything but the opening of an envelope just to complain a bit more about having to be there.

Please don't get me wrong here, I'm not dissing him out of hand here, the guy is great and has a charisma like gravity and I will continue to follow him and enjoy him both as a racer and, increasingly a media personality, and I appreciate the massive pressure they must be under to stay focused and perform for the sponsors, but watching the film with a 'non-believer' I began to just feel a bit uncomfortable about justifying some of his antics and remarks.

Not a bloke I'd relish meeting when he's in a bad mood.

Thats soo True kpone, i met Foggy once and thought he was a complete cock. I also met Neil Hodgson on a flight back from France and chatted with him for ages and he was an incredibly nice bloke, yet I didnt really like him, before I met him!

I get what you mean Ken. I think his problem is he hasn't grown up/matured - which he admits at the beginning. Works with his Dad & his only interests are trucks, bikes & engineering (thought that The Boat that Guy built was quality).

He's great to watch, but too manic. I'd struggle to have a conversation with him, without getting the arse.

Met Stuart Easton and James Ellison in the food queue at the MCN bike show a couple of years ago. Great couple of guys.

Yeah I met James Ellison at Bridge Motorcycles last year and Tommy Hill, it was like meeting a couple of guys down the pub, so grounded.

Hutchy would be great reading you a bedtime story if you were an insomniac though.

Guy Martin will continue to be a hero for me but I will keep my distance.
