I'm a bit late to this convo, I think he will be back next year and providing the mugen seat is his then he'll be the strong favourite for the win on that. I think winning on the Norton is too much of a task for someone coming back from injury and also having to bridge a gap which was stretched out at first by MD and Hutchy, then by Harrison and Hickman. Dont think you can miss 2 years and come back and win straight away on the big bike, the field is way too strong for that at the minute. Hope I'm wrong though. Imagine a TT where MD, Hutchy, John, Hicky and Harrison are all competitive! Doesn't bare thinking about.
