Cost wise 2ct's take some beating , pure's are ok to start but due the front,s construction to get the light weight this gets worse after 1000 miles, kinder squidgy. Rosso corsa give good grip but I find wear quick, racetecs great grip but pricey and not ideal for rain, supercorsa need heat so not good in wet. Sportsmarts good all round compromise but not cheap. Latest sportec m5 apparently very good will be trying once my cheap 2ct's go west, but as per normal all depends on cost.

Have you consider Metzeler M5 ? not tried them in the wet myself but can confirm they are good in the dry and all the hype suggests they are the class leading sports/fast road tyre in the wet.

I have the Pilot Road 3's which are grand. Bike came with a Sportsmart front and Qualifier rear which was terrifying in winter. The Sportsmart was great and the Qualifier useless if cold or wet. And if it was cold AND wet...

I had the Pirelli Diablo Corsa III's fitted on my RR7 and found them brilliant! Even in the wet when caught out this summer on the way home from streetfighter they performed brilliantly when hot. Obviously nasty when cold but come to life very quickly.

Have the qualifiers fitted to my RR9 so will probably wear them down ASAP and return to Corsa III's or even BSB's if I decide to be more track focused next year :)

I had the PR3's on the CBF1000 and i can say they are great in all weather, not sure what like they would be with the added power of the blade right enough but im sure they would be fine.
