Yes dear....I remember you saying... However....I just thought that you might not be able to live with the BIG SILVER bits stuck out ruining the styling of the bike... with the BIG SILVER UGLY bits stuck out.. Just saying Paul
Hey guys, long time. Darren's shop is just across the road from me and I did advertise these for him way back when I was on here. He is still doing them along with the ABS version. Someone on here (I know who it is and he knows who he is!) did Darren the favour of getting the measurements for the abs version checked on his bike and got discounted for his trouble then the tosser never paid for them! Bit of a bad show IMO and he was asked more than once to pay his dues! The abs versions are £48.50 delivered and are shown below. If anyone is interested you can still get him on [email protected]
Here was my original thread for Darren. https://www.1000rr.co.uk/threads/sato-street-hooks-group-buy.27735/page-2
Yeah Darren's work is great and of superb quality. On the other subject, I'd name and shame him as I have his details but Darren has asked that I don't as he is a genuine guy and is hoping he will sort his dues. FFS we're talking a discounted, great product for £20!
There’s a pic on this thread https://www.1000rr.co.uk/threads/for-sale-rizoma-chain-guard.33570/#post-444716 I would also have one if someone could make them.
Can anyone using an angle gauge or even a protractor find out the angle between the rake on the swingarm to the horizontal on the bolts? Either that or if anyone has a DXF file of the actual item so the dimensions are showing. @ColinBR ?
I remember a member mark3golfcab or similar was going to price them, but he hasn't been on here for ages.
Just got a pic from Darren of the ABS ones fitted to the tester bike. At least he had the decency to actually test fit them and give feedback!
He's started selling them on Ebay aswell now, which is where i got them from so if its easier for anyone here's a link to his page https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/4404darren?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2754
He's had an eBay page for a long time he also selling the Triumph valve tool so you can do the shims in place without a full strip down. He's the cheapest you'll find for them.
The non-ABS hooks are sweeeeet! https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Racing-Hooks-Honda-CBR1000RR-Fireblade/323423059611
