    Fair point there Scooby, can't argue with that and progress, we all benefit from it, but IMO I do wonder if all this electronic control is getting to the point where some riders will feel they can't get it wrong, and the inevitable happens, just personal feelings but I prefer my bike to be a little more left to me than a computer, but I am a Luddite at heart.

    And anyone riding a superbike who needs rain mode should take the train, man up or get off I say. ;)

    yep totally understand that,it's there as a safety device,but it will only help you so far,so if people think they can give it the beans on full tilt and expect the TC to stop from highsiding,then it wont.

    I've just got a data logger on my bike which logs the amount of TC used,so will be interesting to see how much it actually kicks in.

    well its booked in to bmw for the mode problem guy told me its under warranty so it will get done for nothing thats good
