[/IMG][/IMG] Making our way home and resting in a nice little village ,note the name on the pub sign. Got towards Ledbury where The Firebloke wasover come by the heat and thought he was being chased by the cops of which spooked us and ''The chase went on '' for about 5 miles and after finding a bush that took all four of us and four bikes it was discovered that it was a mountain rescue landrover that had started the whole keystone cop phantom chase (good crack though) so thats it dudes good home about 8 quaffed a guiness and game over work in the morning . Happy Dayzzzzzzzzz.
Yeah, great pics dude! That phantom chase was funny as... Hahaha! Got the adrenaline flowing though...
I think you covered the trip very well Giv with some memorable pics. So glad I was a part of it even though my body hurt like hell. A huge thanks to Ken's missus for putting on a great breakfast and also to Ken for his inimitable company. It was like meeting an old friend. Regarding "the phantom chase", in my defence I did have a very illegal rear tyre after riding all that way and couldn't afford to take any chances. Only one thing I would change, when I signalled to Si that I'd like to stop for a break as my body was really hurting I didn't expect him to ride on for another 20 odd miles!!
Great set of pictures Mike. I think the look on my dial in this one... ...was because Steve had just confessed to me why he was going for this year's 'Boris'.
