So sorry to hear this......horrible at anytime but Xmas just makes it worse....as others have said hope you get sorted and the offer of help is there if you need it. Funnily enough my son was cloned about a month ago but luckily his account has not been touched although his credit score is taking a nosedive till it gets sorted as the cnuts keep trying to open phone accounts credit cards etc etc...... Thanks everyone We have a roof over our heads (more than some people) we have a few bits we can stretch out, the kids are young so won't notice the difference so we can still have a good day and there is a chance work can help still and they will get back to me tomorrow but if not like I said we can manage. Been on to them every day lol Even said can they not just loan part of the money that they say I will get back and they said no due to the time the fraud checks take etc. They reckon because time of year it's prob 2nd week of jan. My next prob is my next payday is 28th dec but if my accounts still frozen I can't even get too that lol
