Well after putting my exhaust back together after gutting the cat (See here), the postman turned up with a little bling for me
Got the mobile tyre fitter coming tomorrow so took it off the abba stands, hit the button and started it. Has been on a solar charger since before the clocks changed and it still fired at the first press, gotta love Hondas.
Fitted new mirror and tidied up the minor damage from a door falling on it and pressed the button. Been sitting since 2nd September last year with no charger on it and it started first time. Happy days!
buyed new metz for my sc57 , after discovered than run a 180-55 instead of a 190-50 give the chance to lost one (Fucking) point of driving license in this damn country
Had my S20s fitted along with new chain, sprockets, wheel and sprocket carrier bearings. Took the rear cowl off to sort the back electrics out and to fit my Nano indicators only to find out that I need some blooming adaptor to fir micro indicators to my R&G tail tidy. May have to improvise something with some large washers for now.
Learnt how to remove the side panels and fitted an R&G radiator guard. I hate those rivet clips with a passion.
I've just put S20's on, not really had chance to give them a good run yet though. Let me know how they compare to whatever you had on before.
Did my home made adaptors for the nano indicators onto my r&g tail tidy. Stuck a 10mm and 12mm washer together then gave them a quick rattle can black gloss finish. Did four of them and hopefully they will be dry enough to fit tomorrow. Also replaced the indicator relay with an LED compatible one and removed the inline resistors from the front indicators whilst the fairings were off. Tomorrow will hopefully put it all back together and fit my new rear fairing cowl so I can have a pillion seat to take the missus out on rides. May need a new seat cowl though, but that is a seperate story.
What year blade is yours? Mines an 06, if the avatar pic is yours I think yours is a newer model. Otherwise there are push/screw rivets lurking everywhere.
