First 4 races done and dusted for the season over Easter weekend. I was rusty as feck and made a few booboos as per the pic. Got 9th, 8th, 8th and 7th though in the superbike races but still a bit off my own pace from last year. Got another test day on may day so hoping to get back to the pointy end! Also got the bike dyno'd and its sat at 169bhp still. Definitely underpowered compared to the rest of the grid! (Standard engine !)
Today I mainly fitted a Leo Vince Heat Shield to my Akers! View attachment 20817 Taking this View attachment 20817 From this....... View attachment 20817 To this..... I have actually realigned the front bracket and fitted the long extension bar behind the lower fairing as the exhaust Loop pulled the front of the shield in too much which you can see on the photo if you look closely. I've not take a picture since re-aligning the bracket but looks loads better to me.
I have no idea I cleaned and put it back together again and did not see it . Took some pictures and noticed the crack in the picture £220.00p for a new genuine fork leg.
