Took my bike in for it's running in servce today, dealer suggested i could now start to increase the revs up to maximum over the next few hundred miles. Really did not have the heart to tell him it was banging off the rev limiter on the ride home from picking it up.
Rode it to work First time I've managed to get out on it since fitting the new seat and levers. The brake lever needs a bit of a tweak for position but all good other than that. And my ABS flashing light issues has gone away (for now)....
Fitted my R and G tail tidy. Gives the Scorpion some space to show off. Just ordered some braided hoses so bike slowly coming together.
Fiddled with my ultimate add ons powered mount, But its so screwy. Turns itself off when you connect the phone (sat nav). So miffed only just over a yr old and they're not interested. cannot recommend the ultimate add ons electrical stuff I'm afraid, mount fine electrics...POO! Any suggestions people??
Found some matt white stove paint in the shed........... Standard can is on at the mo, whilst I use the blade to commute Prob over the top but I like it
Having rode my blade for the past 12 months then taking the SP1 out today for the first time since? (Last year sometime) realised how lazy the blade makes you as a rider! The idea was to give the SP1 a workout but it decided to give me one instead
Today myself and about 40-50 others helped a local lad last min arrive at his prom in real style at a big posh hotel, people were more impressed with us than any of the ferrari's, muscle cars and limo's a few naughty burn outs etc to grab the extra attention and a good telling off from security but the lad loved it! Local paper were there and loved it too
Fitted a Taylormade, cannot believe how quiet it is compared to the Yoshi. It has a deep tone rather than the howl of the Yoshi, maybe it sounds different to others when moving.
Bugger all Was meant to be commuting in and then going for a ride with the wife after work, but relations are somewhat strained at the moment and so I decided I would be a lot safer on 4 wheels.
Si what made you go for the Marchesini wheels was it simple as they came in orange? did you notice much difference when changing from stock?
