After selling my track bike and missing out on 2 damaged Blades on fleabay that were due to replace it, guess what i've been up to today
Changed my k n air filters for, k n air filters :/ ! After buying a load of bits from Andy at Demon Tweaks, who is a top bloke and gave me good discounts may i add, which all arrived today including a my new kn filters... Pulled out the old ones out looking forward to feeling some performance increase, only to find it was already fitted with a pair ! Doh... Next mission, new Hel front brake lines and brembo pads !
Gave my girl a new dress.The fairing but I think it looks good in the new colours. Sometimes you drill the holes not in the perfect spot. Come on Friday at knockhill.
Taken my rear shock out in prep for tomorrows new one coming cleaned up the shock linkage and checked and re-greased the bearings, all felt ok Part exhaust wrapped my bike after i found out at last track day that my new stainless steel exhaust was melting my Chinese fairing oh well it looks used now lol
DANO 28. TBH. Not sure what make it is. I bought it of 1 of the guys on the forum. Bargain of the century. I got the fairings brand new screen. Brand new seat foam, brand new front fork crash bungs. And 2 set of stomp grips. The man is brill. £150 all in, so never asked what kit it was. I must admit had to trim to fit, so it had never been used. Need to buy this guy several beers. yeah Did martin and all seemed fine, all fitted now, just need to get it set up properly, (will check ride height and sag tonight once wifey gets in to help) got a track day at Snetterton on 28th, so might just let the suspension guys fine tune it?
I like the look of that! What's the reason for the position of the calliper? Is it just for looks putting it underneath?
