Just waiting for my chain guard from Colin then it's all done and ready to ride once it's been to a dyno for a custom map
It should be done by next weekend, my mechanic who used to work at V+M and helped build Dave Jeffries TT winner is doing a bit of tuning work on it early next week and then I will do some photos. He is trying to get it featured in one of the magazines. He wants to put it up against a 12 model and see how it compares.
Good luck with that mate. its sounds like its a little bit special. with the mods you have/ getting done i would tip it too top a 2012 model
The idea of the bike is it will look standardish but then people will start to notice the bits and bobs that have been done to it. I am going to save a little while longer then I would like to fit an Arata long exhaust system and eventually a PFM brake set up but thats two and a half grandaway!!

Got my wheels back, so put them on the bike But now im not to sure about it Guess i've got to live with it for now
Bike Spec: Gsxr 1000 k6, Ohlins shock, ohlins damper, hm quick shifter, sebimoto bodywork, Gilles rearsets, brembo M/C, brembo rear thumb brake, brembo floating discs, pc3, ktech internals, braided lines, q/a throttle, stomp grips, carbon front mudguard, vio pov hd, Gilles chain adjusters, akrapovic carbon tri oval can. Loads of R&G and k n n filter plus loads I missed!
Sounds very nice Benn, The K5/6 do have massive amounts of go in them, i still say that my old one had a stronger engine than the blade has
