Stripped off lower faring, fitted new crank sensor, fitted new plugs, fitted Akrapovic Titanium system with a carbon can. Still misfires over 8K. BOLLOCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I dont want to hear another peep about how little coppers get paid Lol. Nice one Benn. I ouldn't mind an oggle at that when I am over your way.
Took mine out today for a very lively ride, first half of the ride I felt like Rossi of old on a qualifier, then I stopped for some petrol and rode like a twat for a couple of miles. Missed apexes, got a few lines wrong and generally rode badly. Gave myself a good b*llocking and then back to Rossi mode I love the Blade so much, it can be so forgiving and yet blast you along like a missile. Treated her to a good wash and polish, ready for tomorrow when I shall go and murder some more insects
I must confess Ken, I still have blobs, yes I am blobby. But it does not matter, the new rearsets go on next month and I shall become one of the bloblesshood.
Well I've put a pretty detailed deblob 'how to' up to help you through the process when you're ready mate. Probably best for you to psyche up first, it's not for the faint hearted.
Completed 360 miles M48 was closed so missed Chepstow to Monmouth but did Newport to Abergavenny A479, A470 to Builth Wells, A483 to Newtown, spot of Lunch dashed down to Llandovery took the A4069, A4068 A4067, A40 to Abergavvenny on to Monmouth, Chepstow over the bridge (now open) and back home. I am now very tired but happy my best bit was, Newtown to Llandovery clear roads stunning views.
Up early, thick pea soup fog up here. Put battery back on tractor mower, fresh fuel and started first turn woo hoo. Came back in to warm up with a strong coffee. Written operating instructions for L and strict instruction about getting the cut lines straight bit OCDC about it looking nice and neat against stiff completion from the farmer’s immaculately neat field next door. Hopefully the fog will have lifted by the time I get out a hot shower or its going to be a very cold ride over to Rockingham.
