Got the blade a new MOT today. The guy who did it is a little hard of hearing [emoji41] lol so I didn't have to take the Racefit off. Top man.
It was sunny. The bike had an MOT booked. The bike passed the MOT with not even a single advisory. You can guess the rest
Dropping it off to have the fork cartridges fitted and a full Bazzaz kit fitted, see her next week sometime.
All my titanium (and other) goodies that I was up on a sleepless night purchasing on fleabay have turned up this week, so I shall be fitting this weekend: Ti sprocket nuts, to the... 44T Renthal sprocket, on which will sit.... DID X-ring chain, adjusted by the... Ti chain adjusters, all clamped together by the... Ti axle nut, which holds the wheel that will be arrested by the... New rear brake pads, clamping the disc fixed with... Ti brake disc bolts, which will all be recorded by my mini video camera on the... Telferizer yoke and RAM mounts You can probably tell how my thought process worked that night...
LED indicators and a new number plate. What a neat back end! The last thing I want to do is powder coat the pillion hangers black. Then there will be no silver bits on the bike - all black
Dave the indicators were fleabay cheapies, I wanted to give them a try. I like the look but they aren't too well made so I'll see how long they last. Couldn't resist the plate! Coming to the breakfast club on the 3rd May?
Put the fittings on for the new Motech panniers. Well impressed with the quality and a big thumbs up to motohaus Ltd who couldn't have been more helpful and when I finally ordered at 3pm it was here first thing next morning Just a query anyone, having seen above led indicators, can anyone recommend some good ones? Had been thnkng of putting some on for a while but now my panniers are butting on to the original ones a bit so it would not only tidy back end up but they're be out if way when I need panniers on
As long as you have a suitable relay they are very easy to fit. If not they come with resistors supplied. Places now sell the adaptor leads so you don't even have to cut any cables.
Well had a busy day with the bike I went to loomies then met @lambchops and @Womblewizard At Midhurst And rode back to Loomies. Then went to the H - cafe where I met @kev.b Then rode home where I fitted new titanium sprocket nuts and rear disc bolts
