Packed up the bike into the hire van.. Just arrived in Trowbridge after 10.5hr bl**dy drive! Magazine photos tomorrow! Cleanest the bike has ever been!
Dude, that is so feckin sexual i can barely look directly at it Ive missed something here... Magazine eh... Nice one bro
Bloody brilliant day out and long over due ! Took full advantage of the early morning fairly empty bank holiday roads and had some serious shenanigans... Big thanks @Lambchop, @Womblewizard, @JimGreen and @sps170373 for taking us out round their playground. Got loads of great video footage but unfortunately a lot of it isn't suitable for showing for fear of incrimination without a hell of a lot of editing, but gonna see what i can do If you're ever out that way, watch out for bloody vandals....
Note : Must remember that at a sleek 5ft 7in, I must not stand alongside three guys who are all 6ft 6in Plus. Especially Mr G at 6ft 13in......... LOL. Certainly was a good ride.
Apparently Jim, its not about size, its what you do with it mate ! Plus i like having you around as it gives me somewhere to rest my pint haha
Well what can I say..........Sunday was a washout but Monday yielded some sun so a last minute decision found me wheeling the bike out of hibernation and into the sun.....oh what a feeling that a full tank, leathers on and a " whole day Pass" feels like, lid, gloves , keys in and ignition on...........bugger!!......semi flat battery! Bugger,bugger,bugger......or sum fin along them lines! Wheeled her back into the man cave and charged her for half hour, another stab at the go go button and off she went. 30 miles down the road I stopped, totally forgot myself and did the unthinkable....switched her off...bugger, bugger, bugger again So........after pleading with the local youfs to give me a push she fired up and headed homewards! . Now I don't know about you guys but the wife's says just because I was only out an hour it STILL counts as a whole day! And thus my pass is used up........seems a tad harsh to me. Anyhow......can someone with a 06/7 check their charge rate pretty please Mine is charging @ 14.5 @ idle and 5000 .......seems a tad low but I seem to remember the last 06 I checked was only 14.7 ish and not the full monty15 volts Ta mucho
Bike passed its first MOT today, and thus the thieving gits at DVLA also wanted £44 for 6 months road use. At least its all out the way and I can put some miles on it!
I dont disagree with that statement at all. Im just glad to be of service lifting you on and off your bike bro Haha
Ha Ha Ha........ Barsteward. Now come on, you know I've lowered it six inches and only bought that SP Seat cowl as I can get my steps under it.
Not really today but Sunday got the dremel out and cut sprocket cover down. Covered in carbon vinyl just to see what it looks like, but will be sent off to wicked coating for a total carbon look!
It's all about what you do once your on the bike, not how you get on it.......... LOL Can you drop me the details of who did your seat........ The Honda "Comfort Seat" just isn't that comfortable...... LOL.
Mine charges around the 13.8v level.. 15+ sounds a little high. Sounds like your charging is fine and the battery is just past its best..
Bloody hell G could you have found a worse pic of me! Hahn serves me right for the vandalism did Jase enjoy it?
Sorry dude, i thought you looked legendary ! Leave it with me and i'll see what I've got Jas loved it, but kept apologising for a few hours about being slow... Bless him ! Haha Im trying to get his confidence up but i think the next step is to get a bit of rope round his front end and drag him along ! It'll be character building for him... Discovery through discomfort, i call it
It's those fish eye lenses it makes everyone look bigger! Jase just needs to watch and follow other people's lines or failing that tie the rope round his neck that will speed him up
Have a look now mate ! Ive sorted you right out with my new shit hot Photoshop skills You'd hardly know anything has been done there ! You look like a god damn motorcycling Adonis now
