    Now work commences on the HRC
    Generator

    New Black Renthal sprocket fitted with drilled titanium nuts

    Machined off the ignition mount on the top yoke in prep for keyless ign and mounting my AIM lap timer.

    You also need to buy a set of used knee sliders, I sell mine on ebay and I guess its road users that but them.

    Fitted my PCIII today after uploading the 132-501 standard optimised map. What a ballache feeding all the injector plugs through the small hole under the seat! Added to which the fact you need hands like a 3 year old to get in there to plug it all in!! I suppose there is an upside to small hands......:D
    No pics of the work except putting the tank back on.

    Also fitted my eBay bargain PP Tuning brake and clutch levers. :D
    Loads of adjustment!

    Today I managed to snap the bolt holding my baffle in while trying to remove it

    Also had the suspension set up... What a difference it makes, well worth it!

    24k service today and suspension set up :) .....also need new chain/sprockets, tyres & brake pads imminently :(

    After a complete mission of having to strip most of the rear end off, I've finally got the swing arm covers in !

    Well, I'm getting short on body parts to sell, financing this madness! so in future I shall be adapting the 'Harley Tootle' with a gentle shandy hand on't throttle :D
