Cheers @Oakleyspatz , it was done by Digger Seats in South Wales. He has another in stock ready for exchange for £100 for an RR8-11 but I'm sure he could sort you one out if you supplied him with a spare seat. I bought one off eBay for £13 and he charged £85 for the recover as I had asked him so I could still use the bike whilst it was being done. Turn round was about 2 weeks. He has done 2 seats for me in the past so I knew what I wanted.

The thread including his contact details is here (please tell him you got his details from Lyn off the 1000RR forum if you decide to use him): http://1000rr.co.uk/threads/just-had-my-seat-re-covered-by-digger-in-newport-south-wales.26704/

If you don't mind me asking, was it as expensive as it looks?

Not much change from £1000 but well worth it in my opinion. Take a look at motorcycle storage at Asgard metal sheds. Mine is the standard one which was plenty big enough for my needs.

Got the oil and filter replaced, and first proper ride since fitting the R77......sounds fantastic. Glad i failed miserably in fitting the baffle now!

2 weeks into Fireblade ownership, still can't believe my luck.
