Scrubbed the chain with toothbrushes and chain cleaner, dried it all of thoroughly and even used the girls hairdryer lol.
Then lubed it all up properly using my new funky SDOC100 white chain lube. hopefully this stuff will help it survive winter!?

Did my local Bikesafe course over the weekend. At £25 for two days good value. Very interesting to see the lines the police take on roads you know well. Cleaned bike afterwoods, patted tank, made mental note to treat her soon to new boots, chain n sprockets. Xmas pressie perhaps...

Looks awesome!! Have you got any full pics of your bike? I keep seeing loads of cool parts that you post but never the whole bike.

I got my spare set of black/red OE fairings down from the loft today, unwrapped and checked them over as they have been stored for a couple of years. All are OK, which is a relief as rats have been getting into the loft.

Sent out for 4 quotes for Honda Legends paint scheme on them, only got three quotes back. Cost was not the only factor in my decision making process, experience, reputation and quality of work being more important to me. Decided on giving the job to 'Sraybay' and will be taking the panels to them mid November, so will hopefully be getting them back by end of month.

I love my all black scheme but after just over 4 years of looking at it I just fancy a change. Spoke to Bennetts and they say only one of their insurers will cover the custom paint job ! so they expect me to cancel existing policy (no refund) and then take a new one out for £200 more than last premium.....not going to happen so will have to shop around again.

Any recommends for insurers who don't take the 'p' over custom panels would be greatly appreciated.

Droped the blade off in Glasgow for Almeria trip. Will try and be the last with FE for various reasons one being communications are shit, two being they have put up pick up prices by over 40%. Will likely work our eurotrips around No Limits and Tracksense if suitable. Roll on a week on Wednesday.
