    Do you torque to OEM spec or to generic specs? I.e. I always go 6mm - 10nm, 8mm - 24nm, 10mm - 37nm etc.

    Winter hibernation
Gave the blade a really good fettle today, cleaned, greased , lubed and now all tucked up for winter. Found this little critter on the wheel. Connected the optimate patted the tank and put the cover over.

    Fitted a few cosmetic bits.

Real carbon tank protector and Chinese stomp grips (only £14!) not clear like the real deal but look okay. Fitted stock GBRacing cover on the bike

Tinkering again, day off so sorting a very pale sad looking standard exhaust lower.

Its no wonder they rust, a quick rub off and was down to bare metal

Had to loosen the right footpeg to get enough exhaust movement to get to the back two allen keys against the subframe to remove the metal sleeve trim. All masked up and cleaned up and a few coats of stove paint, good for 600degrees from ebay.

Got a carbon sleeve coming so should start to look a bit brighter.
