Nice1. Seeing the bike stripped doesn't inspire me doing mine. Looks like I might as well do the filter too

TheRamJam, what front discs do you have? Happy with them?

I'm using the above discs. I'm no track day/racer and mostly on the roads and I find them great. Plenty of bite with a nice progressive feel. Currently using the OE master cylinder with HEL lines, ASV long levers and SBS sintered pads. Plenty of stopping power.

Decided to give my 08 a service, was told it had a recent service when I brought her, I swapped oil and filter but left rest as it was. I was going to buy an air filter to put in there but though't I'd just check make sure no one else has put one in first.

Now I know K and N say the dirtyier it gets the better it is, but I suspect this was past the limit lol!

Not quite for the bike but bit the bullet and treated myself to a new lid.

Been a while since I've done my own tyres and lost some bits in the move, but finally got my setup sorted in the (busy) shed.
Managed to rotate the rear before Mallory and use my new balancer.

Actually fuming. What the hell were honda thinking . Hours later & all abs crap out and pegs done at the same time. Gonna give all the inside a decent cleanse whilst it's apart. What's the best for this as obviously can't use water? o_O

I've used household kitchen wet wipes for cleaning inside of mine before with no problems

    Brake seals, again!

Seems to need a good clean out every few track days, especially after a wet one.

@TheMickster the bracket? It's off the HO888 09 ABS Ohlins TTX shock. Can find the part number online or give JHS Racing a call :)
