I'll second that Oldboy........only this was my second ride of the year, got home from work, quick microwave meal for one as the Mrs is working and I was off!

A bit rusty to say the least, hope the weather keeps up like this as I need as much time as possible on the bike before my much hyped track day in May haha:D

Today I upgraded my SP2 brakes. Most members will know that these machines come standard with Brembos, but the job just isn't complete without the HRC socks. Too wet to check the improved stopping distance today:(.

When you no more have money for Ohlins, you can still go for a "Showhlins"!
Thanks to thewiz for this idea :D

Bling is bling no matter its pedigree. The carbon hugger sets it off too.

Will still be the same in 2028 when I part exchange it for a mobility scooter:cool::cool:.

Well spotted Dave, and sufficient reason to get me racing downstairs, pulling the 14 sheets and blankets off the damn thing and looking!

Turns out that it's an optical illusion from the way I took the pic. One bolt (fairing fixing) is DIRECTLY behind the other, giving the appearance of only one bolt half done (or undone). New pic illustrates. Thanks for your concern and tip off. Cheers, Dave:

Rearsets arrived so started lining them up. Remembered id bought an HRC reservoir delete kit so thought id see how that will line up with the brake cylinder now mounted slightly differently. Proceeded to turn the garage upside down looking for the thing, absolutely nowhere to be seen

Agree with installing the 'delete kit' if you ever find it:).

What was Honda thinking mounting the damn thing half way into the atmosphere? I'm struggling at the moment; would like to put one on my RR4, but it conflicts with my wanting to keep it original. However, if I swap the ghastly green pipe for a translucent black maybe (because we need to keep an eye on the fluid level) I might be swayed. Only 13.99 at Padgetts online.
