All I can say in Calsport's defence is, they are the cheapest place I found selling the shift support.

7 litre sw-motech tank bag fitted in preparation for tt trip, great system as it does not touch the tank, it clips onto a locking ring which is bolted to the tank.

2012 tail light i think it matches the indicators better, straight swap.

Really want to do this too, maybe after my dealer service at 12,000 miles... Only 1,284 to go!!!

Not sure I can do it myself with the limited space and tools I have though...

Went to Blade Honda Swindon Changed Oil and Filter

Went to Blade Honda Swindon looked at the 2012 Blades bought a oil filter and came home and completed oil and filter change with new oil drain plug.

Used about 100-200ml of oil in last 900 miles.

Looks either that the Plug is made of chocolate or you have been at it with a hammer and chisel. There is a little bit of satisfaction in replacing the oil and filters (Must be a man thing) i like it when you start the bike up and the oil thats gets onto the exhaust starts smoking.Quite sad but true.

I am unable to explain the plug I take such care, I think it looks worse being large on the screen.

I am also unable to explain to the wife how I and the grass and the path etc is covered in oil it was very windy today:rolleyes:

I've never been happy with the flush mount indicators fitted to my bike as you can hardly see them stood infront of the bike.
A good while back I bought a new pair of 2011 ZX10R mirrors, but the hole centres were further apart than the Honda ones so yesterday with dremel in hand I took about grinding some metal away so the holes could be slotted to fit.
I tried them on the bike and think they suit the bike a lot better than the standard mirror due to them being quite angular like the front of the bike. ( doh forgot to get any pictures!! )
I'm hoping to give them some paint today to cover the bare alloy and i'll get them on the bike and wired in.

Thought the run in was 600 miles. Well that's what I was told by my dealer!

Also fitted a HID to my low beam and one of Colin's chain guards

Also ordered a r&g rad cover

2012 manual now says 300 miles phantom.... I can't remember what 08-11 manual said but yes, a little odd how run in period is 300 but oil change service is still 600. Oh well.
