Yeah it's spot On, fit is great and is the quietest helmet I've used......that's without ear plugs too. The cooling system is like no other I've experienced as well, you can really feel the cool air running over your head when the vents are fully open, it's gonna be a breath of fresh air in the summer!

same as mine, minus the red bull bits

i have to have all the vents open, or i just steam up, even with a pinlock

everyone said id find it noisy, but its quiet imo, but im comparing it to a mx helmet

I noticed you had the Brad Smith rep in a pic you posted last week.

Are you using the chin curtain?? Mine didn't steam up at all but I did try it with the chin curtain in the house and that could cause it too steam up but it shouldn't when your on the move. Check your pinlock is fitted correctly as it really shouldn't steam up with one of them fitted. Mine was a bit fiddly to get a good seal all the way round but it is fine now :)

I fitted the top and bottom rubber bits ans the curtain. Not that they stay in place.

To be honest, i dont know what the chin curtain is for.

The pinlock was fitted by the shop, it still mists in the corners but its no problem really. Im getting used to opening and closing while riding now.

I also noticed when i went out on friday, it was far easier than im used to with the visor open, when its been cold, i just get watery eyes and snotty face before i get to the end of my drive. Guess its just warmer weather, and of course my mx helmet had goggles that i never took off

Was originally designed and made for Harley Davidson riders to keep beards tucked away. ;)

Chin curtain reduces noise and keeps the draft down. I put mine on in winter/cold weather and it makes a difference..stops your snotty nose too

Pinlock shouldnt mist..just ease it back out..and then re-fit.

It mists on the inside, i can wipe it off without removing it. My beard still sticks out the bottom lol

I'd expect them to last longer too, especially considering their cost. I'm a bit of a budget buyer when it comes to gloves; had some really good deals through warehouse clearances etc.

GB racing covers fitted, very simple job and luckily fairings only need loosening off rather than removing like on earlier model's. Finished off with a wash, first one! Chain lube later!;)

Don't waste money buying new gloves...my Astar gp pro are about 4yrs old now and worn constantly...a little bit of stitching on one of the fingers came loose ages ago...it's a 2 sec job to sew up. Nip it down to Spire Leathers in Matlock...she's great and will sort it. Damn sight cheaper than a new pair of gloves ya daft lad ;)

I found that when alpine stars was made in Italy the quality was much better,,,,,I have had my Dainese gloves for 10yrs just about to wear out same with the boots just updated ....may be quite expensive kit but don't mind as long as it lasts ..and of course does its job went down the road in them and held up well..
