Wheeled a couple of bikes outside 30 mins ago. Weather apps said cloudy but no rain until 3:00 pm. Guess what? Put on one set of Grip Puppies then this massive black cloud hovers only one house in the entire Warks county and dumps its load. Who did I upset?
Got out 1st thing roads were bone dry then wet then dry in some places now light showers so glad I got out for a spin Sunday looking grim, popped into BMW at Alton 830am and m sport out on demo have booked a go end of this month although if you want one none available to Jan next year the ones coming in November you would of put a order months ago...they said issue with production more like there is a issue with it....they had base model there and some of the plastics are shocking my sp looked like a different league up against it in terms of finish
Agree the base model looks crap in red and the finish isn’t great! M-sport looks better but the plastics still look cheap
Had to drop off Father’s Day present as busy tomorrow so took the bike and went the back lanes and narrowly missed the rain! Funny how a 30mile round trip can end being a 100miles
Yes showers are really hit an miss in this part of the world....you can see exactly where they are then head the other way...
Big number plate day for me. Passed the MOT with the usual 'loud exhaust' advisory then back home to swap the plates back over. Had it out for another half an hour to get the new tyres up to temp so I can get them scrubbed in properly next ride out. Felt good to be back out. You forget how rapid they are when you haven't rode for a while.
We thought we'd add a bit of beautiful sportsbike technicolour to the Derbyshire roads today despite the weather... And it was all going jolly splendidly....until a certain person forgot the rule of... Never sit on a northern blokes pride & joy If anyone sees some blonde hair bobbing past in the floods, can they fish her out please...she needs to get the husbands tea on for 7, else there'll be more trouble at mill ......cheers
Out today Went from my mates garage to his mums When the phone rang He asked if I was there because it had just poured down where I had just left Missed it all But great to be back out and washed when I got back
Didn't get pulled over once, but we kept away from Switzerland, it's an €800 fine now for your first noise offence and then €1000 next time you get pulled over.. I tried to take the baffle out to see how much difference it was, but all of the wadding had burnt away on the way down so it was just a pipe...
