thanks bud, yes it is. Haven’t fired it up yet as I got annoyed trying to get the new battery on did stick the baffle in out of courtesy but it will be out before the first ride. All comes as a kit (ex baffle). Got a good deal on it at the nec show
One side is a retired couple. He did say he loves to hear the bike, so I figured I’d really test that
That's good! I've got an infill panel but would like a carbon 3k twill to match the parts I've ordered. Difficult to find one
I’ll get some better pictures actually of it soon. Can anybody show me how they’ve got there’s so I can compare the fit I’ve achieved?
My infill is connected by one single bracket at the top, Its missing the lower bracket that connects to the pipe work. Frustrating as I can't find a replacement.
Took mine out this morning, lovely and warm, def no snow here nige! tell you something new, I have had the white flashy lights come on, first time I have noticed them! Now I cant stop doing it Still not sure if it means change up, or peak power or something but it doesnt half sound good
i did read the book and knew it could be changed, i dont think its coming on until 10k i couldnt work out how to change it either lol
Don't go chasing the Rev limiter in cold weather it will only end one way......always ride a gear higher when accelaterating away let the tyre grip then feed the power in.....treat it as wet however once tyre warm then steady away in single temps.....grit....winter rubbish on road...
My Lithium Battery came today. No, it's not a matter of needing reduced weight for more cutting edge performance. Just too many electrical toys for the space available. Size matters. I spent a happy evening sorting the under-seat wiring into 'tidy' mode. Well... Tidier than it was. I am just waiting for a nice bit of ali box section to be the spacer so the strap goes tight and the new trickle charger harness and it's all finished. Until the next gadget...
i did read the book and knew it could be changed, i dont think its coming on until 10k i couldnt work out how to change it either lol i didnt realise it was an actual limiter. only done it on straight roads that were dry, i reckon I am learning that the bike is far grippier than my brain allows me to think, same with leaning most of the time im just tottering around anyway, its just nice hearing and feeling the revs up high
Christmas carbon fibre treats from the misus . 3k twill gloss fitted today....mudguard and foot protectors.
Sorted the racefit infill panel, new battery on. OMG I now know why people flip out on the YouTube videos of fitting a racefit, LOUD! Love it. Then fitted my HRC logo radiator guard from racing radiator guards - took the r+g one off - free to a good home if anyone wants it? then realised my optimate wasn’t working - seat off again - lead buggered. Replaced for a spare I had that doesn’t take the optimiser lead I have Conclusion - Racefit is f’ing loud and I can’t wait to annoy the whole village
Yep ear plugs required haha! Im the same with my arrow love it. I'll have the R&G off you if your chucking it. Where abouts are you based or if you don't mind I'll send over the postage cost(s). Jay
First time I've looked at it since God knows when. Moved it over to one side of the garage today. Just to show I still belong on this forum
