So, after the long hibernation, then the restrictions of lockdown (where it only got out to be cleaned and faded over) and the ever struggling to find time - actually got out for a ride this morning. First port of call was the MOT. Actually not due till October, but wanted to move it to more ‘Summer Like’ than it was. Highlighted the lack of use only 21 miles since the last MOT

Hopefully now I can get out more and do it some justice.

    Minor damage, sore shoulder.
Lost brakes on the 2nd fastest part of the track...
Turns out the brand new brake pads specifically for racing that I fitted wore out completely...

Should have been £120, it was only an annual service nothing major. I got 50%off though as I've redeemed a voucher/letter of apology I've been hanging on to since 2018 but we won't go into that

Got these puppies to go on at the weekend, been slithering around on the bike for far too long!
Big shout-out to eazi-grip who have done me a black and clear mixed set - didn’t want to cover up my carbon fibre infill panels  but black will look better on the tank.

Here's hoping! Yeah I find myself sliding forwards all the time under braking - not comfy...
Apparently they need 48 hours to bond properly so looks like they'll have to go on after tomorrow's big ride

Just got the 1 piece back. £45 to have velcro removable patches added to protect wear to the inner knees from the Stomp Grips.
Bear in mind that the cost would be more if there is too much wear to add patches to.
