No salt on your roads!!? What utopian council do you belong to? Our councils will just spread salt until the end of March regardless of the weather.

She originally had the black backing on the smaller plate she got the ticket for
That's the original billboard that's on at the moment, as the nasty powiceman told her if he caught her again he'd take it off her and beat a kitten to death with it  :D

After uncovering it the other day I have decided to go crazy and do an oil change on it!

Pipework is colouring up nicely! Wish the exposed bits were like this.

Might give it a wash next weekend

Not the bike, but I ordered a new Berik jacket from fc-moto.de due to the increase in weight during these lockdowns :(

Quick delivery even with the cheapest option, just remember to equate for import tax and VAT, as well as the courier’s ‘handling fee’.

I always hoped if I got it on a dyno it would get enough heat in it to properly colour it! Either that or actually ride the thing more often :D

Nice idea with the old oil can...why have I never thought of that

Also, make sure to dispose of that old oil safely down the toilet...

Hope you don’t mind me asking but
How much did it all cost? Jacket, vat, tax handling fee in separate costs
    Please

I'd like to know this too, FcMoto was my favourite shop until recently!! Looking at new leathers and they are by far the cheapest but with import taxes is it going to bump it up so its no longer a bargain??o_O

    Of course,
Jacket was €166.35 plus €7.90 shipping
    Import duty was £5.47 (I think 4%)
    VAT was £30.64 (20%)
Parcel Force handling charge was £12
    Total charges: £48.11

From what I can gather from fc-moto’s website, it looks as if they remove their tax from the items being shipped to the UK.

All in it works out to be roughly £200, but I couldn’t find any Berik stockist in the UK that had the jacket I was looking for, so not much choice other than buy from abroad :(
