What brand phone mount is that? Looks like a RAM mount but I couldn't see one with a charger port?

I have the plug - just went and checked, so going to order those bits. Presumably its wired to the brown&white (ignition switched 12v) and the green (earth)? How did you blank off the other connectors?

 

Yes just pin up the 2 wires, the rest just leave blank...the connector will come with 6 blanking plugs to go in the back of the plug, you'll use 4 of them.

 

forks and shock serviced, valve clearance checked, new oil and filter, cleaned AF, new tyres SP V3's, new fairing coming soon, a good clean and then ready for 2022 fun

Oil & filter change and PITA Datatool alarm removed ,,,,,,

Not a big job to remove or reinstall.

So easy to do on a naked bike!

Made a new rad guard, the old one restricted air flow to much at slower town speeds on very hot days

 

Nice job @Selmer50mark , I wanted something similar for the edges and that looks good but would have been too thick for mine!

Enough to make three rad guards

 

Good weekend of tinkering: got the bike back from the garage - valve clearance checks (all good) and fresh plugs - plugs made a massive difference, feels much much smoother, couldn’t believe it.
Then I put a fresh air filter in, and wired in a usb charger.

 

Currently fitting Samco hoses to my ‘08 but having real issues getting the left hand one on properly. Has to go round quite a tight bend and it’s barely moving.
Any ideas anyone?
