Fitted some R&G crash bungs but as
I was trying to loosen the side fairing enough
To fit the marking pin the dam ram air popped
Out.talk about a f@$k up trying to put it in again.
Had to lift the tank and open the airbox so I could
Put my hand in and guide it in.the designer of this
Bike needs shot. Serriously who bolts all the ram
Air ducts mounts etc to the side if the fairing. ...
    Totally retarded idea.

Glad I got my dealer to fit my Bungs now reading all this!

I had enough of a battle with the plastics just fitting the Rad Guard!

Still don't thing it's 100% at the very base of the fairing behind the front wheel.

Self Tappers will be out next time, that'll SHOW IT! :D

Finally got out for a half decent ride, too short but still nice. Bike is so easy to ride and I don't know if it's the bike or the tyres but flicks through corners so nicely :D

Then spent the rest of the day sat in a car getting jealous of all the bikes out :(

Stripped off the fairing and sorted a few loose ends, velcro taped the alarm up inside the undertray area, fitted Optimate charger plug to charge battery whilst still on the bike, plugged vacuum hose.

Started the Blade up for the first time since last November; started no problem and ran like a dream. A chance to get out and bed in my new Sportsmarts

Quick run through Wirral, stopped off at West Kirby to thaw my hands out and look at the salt dust all over the bike. Bloody good to get out though

Bike looks great mate. Best colours of the best scheme IMO - with pure Racing HRC DNA ;) which is also the fastest.

i loaded mine in the van, drove it to work, and now clock watching till home time and i can do one straight up to Donny, have a couple of beers and be nice and fresh for the TD tomorrow.

Thanks Jimbo, it was good to get out yesterday. I'm made up with the new tyres especially having the 50 on the back. Have a good day tomorrow, weather should be good for you.
