I You forgot to mention your 11pm bbq And that's the only reason you have a light lunch as after half a cow your normally still a bit full Oh and the last time me and Jimbo were at Oulton park for a track day after a few beers we didnt no what to do with the empty bottles then we saw YT bike ,your such an athlete mate lol
Tea tea and more tea.Can have 2 coffees a day but thats it.Anymore will give me dizzy spells and can cause blackouts for me.No idea why the doc told me to lay off coffee cos I cannot take in too much caffeine. Energy drinks I have tried and send me hypo.So those I cannot drink either.
^^^^^ oi!! I don't burn the meat man.... That's just out of order Although I don't think many have nearly stopped an endurance race for smoking out pit lane and the main straight!! Dangerous my arse, they were all just crying cos we were making them hungry although race control weren't happy with us were they ha ha
When ur racing on a budget the cheapest energy drink works for me along with choc bars and bananas. For lunch its normally pie n beans as my team mate works in a pie factory!
Breakfast bars and bananas if on a budget. If you need a quick boost then flapjack is good. As for drinks just get some electrolyte powder, or some hi-5 energy tablets from a cycling shop. Most energy drinks are just full of sugar, caffeine and junk.
