I'm liking the Honda design more than any other I've seen.

How much is the Honda one, couple of hundred no doubt!

Me :) went from sportsmarts to D211, not used them on track yet, long story But done a few hundred miles in damp, wet and dry and they have been great. You won't push them in the wet but they stick like poo in the dry

be interesting to hear what you think off 55 mate...I'm going to try that profile at next tyre change..in a few weeks.

incidentally, I notice you have the yoshi reservoir covers...where you get them from dude? Mine have discoloured a bit?

Get yourself onto 55 profiles Si. They make tipping in noticeably easier.

Much the same as jacking up the rear a little. I Won't be going back to 50 profile.

Giv, let us know how you get on with the metzlers. I fancy putting a set on the SP.

Doesn't look to good to me Sam, looks like you need to give your suspension settings a check over. Tyre looks ripped to me, honestly mate. It's great that the 55 gives you confidence but on the road it should look smoother than that.

New front and rear Sportsmarts fitted, just returned home from Demon and noticed that I have a 190/55 and not a 190/50. What difference will expect to feel on the road. Reading on here folk reckon it's a change for the best.

By the way great service and price at Demon, arrived early too for appointment but they still fit me in. Met up with Andy, top bloke, thanks for the help and he discounted a tin of Wurth chain lube as well.

Well with the weather in mind for the Scotland trip I decided that the K3s would not, be man enough for the. Job in hand and therefore at great expense I have treated the bike to some Michelin Power 3s of which Andy had and recommended at the weekend .i put the wheels on tonight and I have just been down to Whitchurch to help the scrub in process .i had the choice of a 55 or 50 rear and having just had the 55 and been disappointed with the hype I have gone back to standard 50 and have to report that I am a lot happier the main reason being the bike seems more settled and maybe just maybe this is what the Honda technicians had in mind when they spent millions developing the bike .

It's now a toss up between my spare BT016 or SportSmart.

What tyres pressure do you guys run on the road? On my 2013 blade the handbook says 42 Psi Rear and 36 Psi Front, these seems high to me or are they right for the road?
