Pretty much sat on my arse until 12, did some 'insanity workout', tidied up a bit before the wife got home, cooked dinner, bought a dyson animal hover and a new rug for the living room. Such a stressful life! (back in work on monday)
Only started it again this week, Idid about 3 weeks last year as well as some P90X. I'm going to try and do the full 60 days this time but I'll probably end up sacking it after about a month again.
It's when you get to the point where you have the choice of either: A) pressing pause and taking a few minutes B) throwing up and passing out But needs must and I need to fit into my leathers!
I have to admit, I threw up in week one. just dont eat for two hours before you start and start hydrating about an hour before. I shifted a stone of flab in month one when I done it and I was very happy the before and after pics. I just started the one month push up challenge on Tuesday.
In the Honda showroom at Fowlers in Bristol. Day off today and spent the day out on the NC700X with an advanced bike trainer and a blood-biker doing some assesments and advanced training round some seriously twisty mud-coated soggy A and B roads in deepest darkest Somerset.
Rushed home from work to play with my toy in the workshop.............1hour later and she bursts into life.........nice Akro fitted and she so sounds Loud! .......bought from a forum member at a very good price..........many thanks.
