    Lots of standing around and waiting for other people at work!!

    On the plus side I now have 9 days off work... cant use the bike though as I'm off to Woolacombe with the family for a few days.

    Have just spent my evening fixing a guy at works BMW k1200s a coil pack had gone. That will be a quick job I said, how wrong could I be, it was a bit of a mission. remove belly pan side fairings drain coolant remove rad, swap out the packs till it stopped miss firing. Then put it all back. No screws or bits left over :D
    Gave it a quick run round the car park, it turns like an oil tanker...
    One thing I noticed was the rattly gearbox before the clutch is pulled in. Haven't these got issues with the gearbox or drive shaft or something?
    Anyway home with a beer now Yay..

    Had a ride out from Dereham across the Fens through Huntingdon to Bedford, and back via Northhamton- Oundle to Peterborough. Top day the heated grips are brilliant, why did I wait so long to get some. A good few miles to help my mate run his Ducati Diavel in.. Now off out for beer

    Got out for a quick 110 miles (Leyburn, Grassington, Skipton, Bolton Abbey, Ripon and home) and the last 10 were the best..... After riding round snow melted flooded roads, I ended up some how in the middle of a pack of 6 or 7 bikes that appeared to be in a bit of a rush :D

    Who ever you were, nice ride back, I was the one behind the CB1R, :D

    Bike now cleaned down and ready to go again

    Thursday - Mum's funeral/cremation. Friday - My wedding (remarried my ex). Saturday - Wife's birthday, central heating broke down and bathroom flood thru' kitchen ceiling. Today - waiting in for British Gas to come and fix the heating, still there's BSB and Moto GP on the box.

    Probably the second one mate, plus the heating's fixed and I've repaired the leak. Now for an evening of quality T.V.

    Clean my bike (white wheels) an serviced my son Quad an told him if he cleans it up take off his old sticker, I'll give him my spare sticker kit. 5 minutes later [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]
