Got the missus to sort her mobile contract, down to £12 a month from nearly £30. Then went online for her car insurance renewal and got it down from over £500 to under £300 and with protected no claims Took the kids to Pizza Hut for a treat to celebrate confirmation of new role in Birmingham, bonus was that we actually managed to keep it a surprise right up until we went in the doors, normally they guess surprises well in advance.
Treating my girl (and me) to a Spa Day in Hilton in chester with over night stay food and loads treatments £500 all in. Sunday looking at BMW M5 fully loaded so might buy M5 again miss the power at right foot in car... if car straight an sound.
Planned a lay in. Bloody dog decided that I had to get up and sort her breakfast though, so she came in the bedroom and kept nudging me to wake me up. God I love that dog, is a pain being woken up but you can't be mad when 25kg of pooch is following you around on two legs because the back legs are bouncing from side to side trying to keep up with her tail.
Just been for a quick blat up to Devil's Bridge before the forcasted rain arrives...........Bastid weathermen got it wrong again! Missed out on a full blown rideout 'cos they said it would be wet and here we are at 3.10pm and not a drop in sight! S'pose I'd best mow the lawn then......rant.....mutter.....tut!!!
