£480 with a hoody from the NEC, the guys there were ace and really can't do enough for you, even down to washing and repacking it annually for £35

    Sounds like a real outfit

That is probably the best zorst I have seen on the 08 Blade, absolutely stunning mate. Look forward to seeing some photos fitted and hopefully a sound clip.

And this outfit is meant to be ok ;) FW Developments | Content

Has anyone got the Taylormade exhaust on an 08> blade? I really like the look of it out of any system I've seen, but I've also read about people losing power by fitting it

What was it you've heard, Phantom? I've read a couple of posts on other forums about poor build quality and making a power loss... Such a shame as IMO nothing looks more suited to the blade's styling

I had one for a while.....I really liked it but my neighbours didn't! I had a very early commute and letting the bike warm up in the garage wasn't on. I ended up rolling the bike down the hill and starting outside someone elses house!

Never noticed a loss of power, i actually thought it improved it when i first stuck it on....reality was i was probably just riding it harder. yes, not the best build quality in the world but you dont see 80% of it as its hidden behind the carbon cover. Mine saw at least one crappy winter with salt etc and whilst some of the matt black paint started flaking off it held together well.

Didn't run particularly well at low revs and had a funny kind of breathy sound...a bit like a lumpy subaru imprezaa. Sounded amazing high up though.

They fetch big money second hand...i sold mine fotr near £500 i think. Would i pay £800 odd for a new one - no thanks, i'd rather buy an akra and that is exactly what i'm running today. I have run quite a lot of pipes on the 08+ but for me the akra does it all well, doesnt look the best no, but does the rest very well.

i have a leo vinci gp pro, but if you do trackdays i wouldnt recommend as have failed the noise test a few times now at tracks. I have spoken to leo vinci but my bike puts out 107db, and when warmed up alot dropped to 103.5db- a pain in the arse nowadays with the noise limits at trackdays.
Any people with any ideas?? I have the smallest bore baffel in to.
