Navvy had a taylormade for his bike although that was the 2008-11 model, they look great but build quality is what let's them down from all accounts
I had an akrapovic, was a great exhaust but fancied a change and got a racefit! Looks stunning and sounds great
What about my Termi, not as common as most you see around. I've got a pic of the can on this forum and am going to put a pic of the bike shortly
Just a little worried it will be to loud for long distance work. But know what you mean about the looks and sound Awesome springs ti mind. Strangely enough my Dad lives just down the road from the workshop. Small world or what?
I've got a black edition with standard end cap which allows me to fit a baffle when needed, as very difficult to fit a baffle to the black edition
Is there a big difference wit h baffle fitted? Just spotted the. Yoshimura R70 looks the biz with the heat shields fitted.
I have just fitted an Austin Racing V3. This is my fourth Austin in the last three years and have always been impressed with the fit, quality and above all else the sound. It is on the louder side compared to the Akro but the depth of tone and quality of sound is something else. I have two other mates that have heard my Austins and gone out and bought them. I will post a pic to show it fitted once I have the infill panel painted and fitted.
There is a link to a sound clip on the Austin Racing site I think. Here is the GP that I fitted to the Aprilia Here is a V2 that I fitted to my S1000rr I have put a V3 on the Blade as I think it fits and looks like it is supposed to be there just like the Yoshi. It is far smaller than the Yoshi R77 as well
Very Nice indeed. I'll take a look at their site and have a listen. What sort of £££ are we talking for the V3
Not sure about the Racefit but those rear sets look the dogs! I have a set on Trinity Mark at RCD Design made them as a one off special for me. He must have joined the lads at RaceFit. I really need to get down there and have a look see! Thanks for the link.
Here you go mate. Been busy putting some of the things I have been collecting for the last month on the Blade Just got to wait for the Bazzaz TC which is in back order and set for spring
The can is not stamped with a road legal mark but does come with a DB killer which makes a big difference. I run it without as with all my zorsts. Its not as loud as a growler just a deep rich sound that is quieter than the s1000rr with the same exhaust. Don't know what it sounds like on full chat as the weather is not bike testing friendly. I had the Austin Racing on GP on the Aprilia and although it put a smile on my face every time I started it up. It soon got a bit annoying on the motorway for an hour at a time. As for the rear end. The light is very good but you will need a LED compatible relay fitted behind the dash. The relay is a bit of a pain in the arse to fit but well worth it IMHO. The pics do not do the exhaust justice to be honest
