    Ahh, i see.

Screw the CAT dude... Also from what i hear, the standard headers are so good, there is little point in changing them for a full system.

I think it's significant that no other exhaust manufacturer has bothered to make a pipe which retains the valve.
The good ones all go for the S bend design, but no valve.

Dont bother with a Hotbodies MGP Growler.

I had to fit an 02 sensor eliminator which involved removing the tank. It decat'd the bike as do all slip ons and i had a noticeable power gain bottom end but the fuelling was terrible even thou hotbodies say there is no need for a remap.

Even if i got a power commander and had a custom map done. The bike sounded like Thunder coming down the road! Way Way way to loud. I like loud cans but this sounded like i just had open headers lol. Looked cool but if you passed a copper you would be busted for sure.

Someone else said that in another post too, but you don't have to touch the tank to fit the eliminator?

I'm going for a Leo I think. Leaves the option to buy headers separate and concert to a full system at a later date

Found these clips on youtube by motorrad so you can get an idea how loud some of the systems are. They have Akrapovic, Arrow, Bos, Devil, Laser, Leo Vince x2, Termignoni, Scorpion & some lesser know ones.
    youtube exhaust clips link
They have a short MotoGP Style called Shark on there which would be just like the hotbodies one. Hear what you saying flatstickHRC sound mega loud to me.
Lots of others on there too

    Shark MotoGP style

oh thats cool ! I liked the Hotbodies MGP Growler but it did not have the S bend and was extremely loud. That Shark pipe may be better , Im sure i have seen a double can version of it on youtube. Looks the nuts !

Those twin pipes look terrible to me. Have a search for Hyperflo if you like that design though.

I run the Ackra Slip on and have done away with the CAT.
Ive kept the standard front pipes as I cant really justify a full system for my bike. Plus I can use the baffle that came with it for track days with a lower Db rating.

Ackra gets my vote but they are all the same really. Just so long as they are well made.
