i would set a figure in your head that you would be happy to pay for this bike, something you could walk away with it thinking you got a fair deal. Go view the bike as you already know pictures & descriptions can sometimes be subject to another persons point of view and if everything is to your liking make him a offer. I'm sure the person selling it will also of done his homework and will also have a figure in his head what he is willing to part with it for, so make him a sensible offer but obviously lower than what your willing to pay and negotiate from this and hopefully you will ride away with bike you really want at a price less than what you were willing to pay for it
