2009 Repsol brought August 2013 showing 5,200 miles Present milage 17,800 enjoyed every minute of it. 12600 in just over 3 years.
I should really start using mine more really. Trouble is I have recently had a baby boy, who is 5 months now so don't have an awful lot of time at the moment. Another issue is that I don't have a garage so have to keep the bike safe and secure at my brothers work :-( I could commute to work on it but my work is only 6 miles out so a 12 mile round trip, which would probably just ruin the engine doing short journeys every day.
My 09 has done 400miles in 3.5yrs since I got it, how embarrassing is that...total9k It had more miles than my 04 which I bought new, had it 10 yrs and did 8400miles. My 01 I did 16k in 3yrs and my 99 did 16k in 1.5yrs. The only repairs I've done except brake pads, tyres, and batteries were head bearings on the 01 for its first MOT Cheers JTP
Hmmm... I'm going to take stick here... My 206GTi which I've had from new, September 2001 has 53,600 genuine miles plus some change. My MX5, which again, I've had from new, May 2010 has 23,400 odd miles on it. This... ...has 13,677 miles on it. When other people joke "I need to get out more." I just go "tch... amateurs".
Coming up 3,yrs old at Christmas so 2014 HRC 7500 miles but that will drop right down as now work 12wks away 2 wks home but intend to use it as much as possible when home...just booked it in for Service in Dec at Cresent so will be keeping for a while would like a SP1, but it would be a lot of money tied up sat there...
My 2012 blade has close to 40,000 miles on it and my friends 2008 model currently has 83,000 miles on his and it still sounds sweet and burns no oil!!!
2008 red sc59. Bought 2 yrs ago with 6k, now 14k. I love this motorcycle Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
Sad to say since moving the business last year, I have become a pussy like most on here and my daily commute is now a round trip of 12 miles, I now do less in a week than I used to do in a day, and the ultimate pussyfication is that if the weather is sh*te it's quicker to take the car than dress up like the Michelin man. Added to the fact it's spent the last 6 weeks in the dealer being repaired after some cu*ting minicab driver decided to T bone me at 30 mph seemingly trying to test the strength of my tibia, it's done zero miles until I got it back today, so missing the best 6 weeks of the summer. Due respect to the serious milers on here, keep it up guys. If it counts I have blitzed about 600 miles on the NC30 this summer as it's become an emergency commuter on sunny days only
2010 RR9 Repsol, bought in April 2015 with 3200, now has 7100. Done less than 600 this year, house move and life got in the way. Normal service will resume in the spring (fair weather lol)
RR5 22,000 miles. Half of these have been done by me in 20 months of ownership. Will rack up plenty next year as i have already got 3 trip planned with 1 being a 10 day trip to Italy.
2007 Repsol, either just under or just over 12k, can't remember exactly, been a while since I looked.
2010 Black & Gold. 4,800 when purchased (mid 2012) and now just nudged over 30,000 miles The only thing I needed was a new battery - Lithium replacement and the cam chain tensioner replaced with a manual APE tensioner. All valve checks have been spot on and nothing else apart from the usual consumables
mine is at 63000 miles on a 2009 still goes like a scolded cat..my commute is 104per day all weather all year.
