    Me too ... any one but not vindaloo or hotter .. saffron rice and 'ladies fingers' .

    Thats what im talking about, but it must be Mrs CC cooking it, as she is a fully trained chef and trained in indian food. she always cooks a massive stock pot of the stuff up when i do TD's for me & mates.

    Garlic chilli chicken, zhal bhat rice which is chilli n garlic, aloo gobi, mutta(sp) paneer, garlic naan or gipati

    It’s got to be Chicken or prawn Vindaloo, hotter the better

    Anyone remember the days when you could get that Bombay Duck that was actually fish, someone told me it was banned ?

    My other half is Chinese but born and brought up Malaysia prior to her old man getting transferred to London. She hates Indian food but cooks the most amazing Malaysian curries using fresh mixed seafood and coconut milk, still very hot but without the Gee that Indian use. - Proper 3 dumper!

    She also makes a wonderful mega hot Sambal with raw chilli, dried shrimp and lime juice, I can give you the recipe if you like, but beware it stinks the house out roasting the shrimp block. You have been warned.

    Chicken Pathia, mushroom rice and a keema naan, washed down with a nice bottle of beer or two :)
