Might gave been an almighty pain but you've done a good job there. Looking well good.
I think I might just stick with the stickers though and abandon the tape :D

I'd say one or the other would be fine. It's the fact that I had to line the tape up to the stickers is what made it tricky. And once the tape is on it ain't coming off! So you've got to get it right first time.

With the comments about how difficult it is to remove the tape I keep thinking what if I change my mind or just dont like it once done ?
Yup I think my mind is made up with just a couple of stickers at opposite ends of each wheel.
If I'm not happy with that I can always add the tape later :)

I had black tape on my 09 with gold wheels. The tape went on first and then I fitted some Honda racing HRC decals like what you're thinking of. I think it worked quite well.

Ps..... A little heat with a hair dryer will get any decal off no problem. Screenshot_20200219_213145.jpg

    Yeah that looks nice too.
I've pretty much decided on The HRC decals I posted earlier but I really do keep changing my mind about tape.
I think I need to do some proper googling to see if I see one I really like, if I do I will go for it if not I can stick with the HRC decals.
Sounds like a plan........for now anyway

If you get genuine Honda tape, it is easy to put on. I did my son's CBR500R in about half an hour.
