In more ways than one! They look ace compared to my crap R & Gs. I hate being behind the times. What did you buy? I can't work out the name on them!
I had the team HRC ones specially made, my sticker guy has now created them for general sale on eBay using the image I sent him!
I've not approached my insurer yet about changing the bike over, I've been looking at fresh quotes on mcn compare, looking at around 500 quid. I'm slap bang in the middle of an insurance year. Currently I have 2.5 years no claims, the only way I can get up to 3 years is if I stay with current insurer until June right? Or I take out a fresh policy but then I can only declare 2 years no claims right. Not sure what do at the moment. Companies normally sting you for changing your bike half way through!
Yep. There always seems to be confusion over this. A bike or vehicle is dated by its year of manufacture as recorded on the VIN. Certainly our V5s note 'Date of First Registration' but that is merely a reference for registration and not year of manufacture. Take this VTR SP1 at Hunts Motorcycles for instance: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Brand-Ne...=item3b1ae61c42:g:svUAAOSwmfhX4BwV:rk:41:pf:0 It is a year 2000 model but never been registered. If it were to be registered tomorrow, it will still be a 2000 model but first registered in 2019.
Exited for you Paulo. Remember getting mine and sitting on the freezing cold garage floor looking at it for hours!
Aaaarrrrggggghhhhh it's here !!!!! The guy that dropped it off has just been going through the rider modes and setting and now my head hurts!!!
