Not cheap but ankle injuries or the consequences of are usually for life. Offer great protection with an added retro feel.

Well a while back some of you may remember the story of my brother in law and his White boots.

For those of you that don't, he's just passed his test an before he bought anything he'd purchased a set of spanking White boots to base his whole biking career around, well he now has his bike, lovely gsxr 600, and I took him out with the boys recently how gave him a good ribbing about his White boots and the obvious, you ain't fast or good looking...

Turns out he's pretty decent already but being a self confessed Italian pretty boy I couldn't resist.. This came in the post today, all I got to do is sneak it on the bike without him knowing!!!

Yes his name is raffaele - aka raf for short.

His girlfriend got him the private plate for the bike..

My boots are red, Fieldsheer old school (vintage 1995). I've got calves like spagetti so all these new super armoured boots look like a stick in a flower pot.

+1 what Giv said, baby wipes, job done. Plus a twice yearly treatment with Leather Genie to feed the leather and help with water proofing, restores the leather back to its original soft suppleness. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Wipe on sparingly with the sponge, rub well in with a cloth, looks all greasy but leave it over night and next morning ....good as new. Works on suits, gloves and boots.

I ware black and white boots but 75% black I only ride in good weather and I still have to clean them all the time, all white looks good but too much hassle cleaning for me I think
