My first mod when i got my 954 blade was to ditch the ' bronze age ' rear suspension and get an Ohlins unit, then i had the unit serviced and fitted and set up by KAIS suspension in Atherton, i also had the front fork oil changed.... i can not describe how different the bike felt and rode, i would always advise anybody to spend cash on suspension and its set up, far better than coloured nuts and bolts and other chav extras.
