I have a ZX-10R (04) and it goes very well. First gear is way too tall though.

^^ I concur, I'm going to change the gearing as i noticed i was losing a tonne of time firing out of corners at Oulton, -1 front and +2 at the back is what my pit crew chief advises:)

They say -1 on front equals about +2.5 on the rear so by you going -1 front, +2 rear, you are adding +4.5 to the rear sprocket. That's going to accelerate very quickly and you gona have trouble keeping front wheel down!!

If i struggle with it i can always put the standard rear sprocket back on so I'm just running -1 at the front.....

Bike returned from the dyno shop, Jon said the printer wasn't working but would send me my dyno runs via email which sadly he hasn't so i might be a little out here until i get the email. Bike started of with a reading of 168bhp and after the pc was fitted and ecu de-restriced she now puts out 176bhp...

I am surprised its so low but Jon assures me this is correct and once the engine has been fully run in i can expect to see 180+hp, i know very little about how all this works but can say the bike feels so so so much faster.......
